The world's best films are coming to the Audi Dublin International Film Festival from 16-26 February.
Vanessa Redgrave, Kerry Fox, Ross Noble, Ben Wheatley, and Anna Friel join Irish talent Jack Reynor, Moe Dunford, Cillian Murphy, John Butler and Aiden Gillen on the red carpet.
The 2017 programme features a rich mix of new films from across the world that will see tens of thousands of Irish film fans seek out new cinema experiences across the eleven days and nights of the festival.

The festival will open on Thursday 16th February with the Irish Premiere of Maudie, the internationally acclaimed biopic of folk artist Maud Lewis by award-winning Irish director Aisling Walsh (Song for a Raggy Boy) and closes on Sunday 26th February with John Butler's Handsome Devil, a comedy-drama set in an Irish boarding school.
Jim Sheridan's The Secret Scripture adapted from the award-winning novel by Sebastian Barry, will receive a Gala Irish Premiere and see ADIFF present a Volta Award to Vanessa Redgrave.
Top Irish talent Jack Reynor and Cillian Murphy will join director Ben Wheatley at the Audi Gala screening of Free Fire. Neasa Ní Chianán and David Rane's documentary study of the Headfort School, In Loco Parentis, will be ADIFF's new Centrepiece Gala.
ADIFF17 features many premieres including Juanita Wilson's Tomato Red with cast member Anna Friel in attendance; Dennis Bartok's terrifying hospital horror Nails; Aiden Gillen and Jamie Thraves' Pickups that features Gillen playing a semi-fictionalised version of himself; Reel Art documentaries The Piano Lesson by Ken Wardrop and John Murray & Traolach Ó Murchú's Photo City.
From Bhutan to New Zealand, Seoul to Senegal, Nova Scotia to Manila - the festival will showcase a stunning array of international features, including new films from established auteurs to the Festival including Olivier Assayas, Pablo Larraín, Michael Winterbottom, Aki Kaurismäki, Asghar Farhadi, Cristian Mungiu, Lone Scherfig and Terence Davies.
Three international screen actors, Nathalie Baye, Kerry Fox and François Cluzet, will attend the festival, each giving tour-de-force performances. French screen icon Baye becomes the target of a dangerous obsession in Moka; New Zealander Fox features as the uncompromising acting teacher in The Rehearsal and gives us a welcome look back at her stunning performance in Jane Campion's An Angel at My Table, while Cluzet stars in stylish paranoia thriller Scribe.
