Administrator Job Description Organise the office and oversee all clerical and administrative functionality to ensure the smooth running and high productivity of the festival team. Start Date: November 9th 2020 End Date: April 30th 2021 Location: Remote working due to Covid-19 restrictions until the Festival period in late Feb Salary: €550 per week Responsibilities Overall office management, and support for those working offsite To assist the Managing Director with administration, recruitment, contracts and staff onboarding To liaise with the Finance Officer & Print Transport Manager on sales reports and purchase orders Provide a daily sales update to the Managing Director Provide administrative support to Festival director Oversee the Festival’s project management software Answer office phone and manage messaging Provided customer support where necessary Create power point festival reports Manage invite lists in database Be the liaison person for the IT company Create agendas for meetings and record the minutes Liaise with team to create a weekly communications bulletin to update festival team Essential skills Excellent computer skills including word, mail merge, database management, excel spreadsheets, mailchimp Strong ability to learn new software project management packages and take the lead on training Good communication skills Understanding of confidentiality Hard working team player Ability to take the initiative How to apply Send a cv and cover letter outlining your experience for the role to [email protected] with 'Administrator' in the Subject Line.
