How to Watch

A step-by-step guide to walk you through all you need to know to enjoy the Festival from the comfort of your home!  

  

  

How to Buy Your Ticket  

 

  • Browse the Online Festival Programme and make your selection
  • Click “Pre-order” or “Unlock” button
  • Create an Eventive login, or sign in to your existing account
  • Enter your payment information and click the “Pre-order now” button 
  • "Check out what you have already ordered by selecting the profile icon in the top right corner of Virgin Media DIFF’s Programme  

  

  

How to Buy Your Pass  

  • Choose your pass on the Festival website 
  •  Create an Eventive login, or sign in to your existing account  
  • Enter your payment information and click the “Buy” button  
  •  Click the My Virtual Passes icon. Add your name or a description to your pass and you’re ready to go!   
  •  With your festival pass, you can “Pre-order” tickets in advance, or “Unlock” screenings currently available for viewing – providing they haven’t sold out! Browse our Programme to make your selections .
  • After their viewing window, films will disappear from the platform, and a new batch of movies will launch.  You can start a film anytime during its window.  
  • Once you start a film, you can take as many breaks as you’d like. Just be sure to finish watching within 30 hours of your start time, unless otherwise stated.  

 

 

Short Films:

All seven short film programmes will be available from March 3rd until the end of the Festival on March 14th. You can browse them here.

 

Seats Are Limited:

Make your selections as soon as possible to hold your spot!  

 

International Audiences:

Feature films and short films will not be available internationally due to rights restrictions. Browse the Events Programme to find out what is available in your country.
