  • Volunteering at Virgin Media Dublin International Film Festival

Volunteering at Virgin Media Dublin International Film Festival

The Virgin Media Dublin International Film Festival Volunteers Programme is an exciting way to become an integral part of Ireland’s premier cinematic event running from 26th February until 8th March 2020.

Here at Virgin Media DIFF we pride ourselves on creating a close-knit environment for our volunteers. Each year we receive a batch of enthusiastic newcomers from both across the nation and across the seas, and we are also lucky to welcome back many returning volunteers, who bring with them a wealth of experience and a knowledge and love for what the Festival is all about!

Volunteering has many benefits. As well as being a fantastic way to meet like-minded people, explore the city, and experience the cinematic celebration that the Festival brings to Dublin each year, it’s a wonderful opportunity to gain first-hand experience of how an event of this scale is managed and organised. The connections formed between volunteers (both on the job and afterwards, relaxing at the Festival Club) last far beyond each Festival, evolving into both social and professional circles in the Irish arts scene.

Applications are now closed.
