DIFF CIRCLE

We believe that supporting filmmakers extends far beyond screening their work.

DIFF Circle is a year-round development and networking initiative led by international festival programmers, designed to support filmmakers in understanding how to successfully submit their work to festivals and navigate the wider festival landscape.

Through a programme of events, workshops, and mentoring, programmers share industry insights, practical guidance, and best practices to help filmmakers at every stage strengthen their submissions and maximise their chances of selection.

More than a network, DIFF Circle brings together storytellers, creators, and industry professionals in a collaborative space to learn, exchange knowledge, and build meaningful connections. Whether you are an emerging director, an experienced producer, or a screenwriter developing new work, DIFF Circle offers accessible, expert-led support and a community committed to helping you progress your career in film.
