Reporting to the Festival Manager, the Volunteer & EDI Manager will help bring the festival to life by creating a welcoming, inclusive and accessible experience for all. From inspiring and supporting our volunteers across festival venues to championing equality, diversity and inclusion, they will help ensure everyone feels valued, represented and part of something special.

At the heart of our film festival is a passionate, creative, and dedicated team of individuals who bring it all to life. From the first call for entries to the final curtain call, it’s our staff — both year-round and seasonal — who shape the experience for our audiences, filmmakers, and community.
